The day before disembarkation no later than 17:00.

You can sail the boat yourself (a valid sailing license and experience are required) or hire a captain during the reservation.

Payment Plan

• Charter Price: 50% of the total charter fee due and payable upon reservation to confirm the booking (the latest 10 days after the booking confirmation).
• A balance payment of 50% is due 65 days before embarkation.

Cancellation Policy

Time of Cancellation (Notification to Tailwind Yachting in Writing)

• Cancelation request in writing up to the 31st of January: 20% of the total charter price
• Cancelation request in writing between the 31st of January and 61 days before the embarkation date: 50% of the total charter fee.
• Cancelation request in writing less than 60 days before embarkation date: 100% of the total charter fee.
• No-Show Cancellation: 100% of all amounts including charter price, mandatory/optional extras, and any crew are due.
