What we collect

Booking and contact details (name, email, phone, address, nationality), crew and skipper details and identity/licence documents required for the charter and for the authorities, payment confirmations (we do not store full card numbers), and website/app usage data.

Why we use it

To provide and administer your charter (booking, crew list, documents, check-in/out, payments, authority filings), to communicate with you, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to improve our services. The legal bases are performance of the charter contract, our legal obligations, and your consent where applicable.

Sharing

We share data only as needed: with the vessel's owning company, our booking and payment providers, and public authorities (port, GNTO, tax) as required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data for as long as required by tax and maritime law, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
